Please make sure that you provide us with all camper insurance information by sending in the front-and-back copies of their insurance cards. The ‘Proof of Health Insurance Form’ is available online in your CampInTouch account. In the event of a camper medical situation necessitating outside treatment and requiring medical insurance coverage, you will be notified and we will take all required action. You will be billed for any additional or non-covered costs. Eden Village West is not responsible for covering any costs.
Should you need any assistance in processing the claim after camp, please contact our camp office for information. Please note that we will make every effort to treat your camper at our camp health center, which is staffed 24/7 by a registered nurse or doctor in residence at camp.
