Departure by Car
Departure Day pick up is at 10:30 am. Please arrive promptly.
Upon arrival at the camp gates, you will be met by our staff who will direct you to your camper, their luggage, and any unused medications. We request that you help us make Departure Day efficient and smooth by leaving camp promptly once reunited with your camper. All families must be off camp grounds by 11:30 am.
Departure by Plane
All campers departing by plane from Oakland Airport will be transported by our camp shuttle. Camp staff will accompany your camper through check-in and security, and will wait with them at their gate until they board their plane. Camp staff will remain at the airport until your camper's flight has taken off from the ground. We will be in touch the week prior to departure day with more details including communication procedures and flight confirmation.
